Phil,
Another possibility, especially with the soccer association, is that the sender is using Outlook Distress, and has configured it to break up large messages. On arrival, such messages look like the one about which you asked, though they usually come in two or more parts, all of which look like that.

Thanks for the information. I've gotten emails like this from two
sources: one is Roxco, advertising their latest version of Perfect Disk;
the other is AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organization) & it was also an
ad (as my daughter plays soccer with them). I can't imagine why either
of them would encrypt an ad. I checked the whole document...header &
everything. It was all like that. I'm wondering if something happens
to it when I get it from spammotel. That's a web service I use to give
out disposable email addresses. Very confusing????
