This short article tells how to create a folder that presents a totally
different view of control panel options.
It is really easy to do. I tried it in Vista 32bit and really like it. It
is divided into many sections. Each sections contains a shortcut with a
descriptive name (just under 200 in total). Each shortcut provides direct
access to the dialog box where the setting lives, or to the relevant help
file entry. No more drilling down through several layers of dialog boxes.
You can even use the Explorer "Find" mode to search for text in the shortcut
names.
